Morton Top Flake Coarse Salt is manufactured and packaged by Morton in a bulk 50 pound bag. 

Morton Top Flake Coarse Salt is food grade sodium chloride with a small amount of Yellow Prussiate of Soda which is an anti-caking agent. This flake size would be commercially known as Kosher Salt.

Sodium chloride is a key ingredient in baking and in this coarse flake form, it strongly adheres to the outside of baked products such as crackers, chips, bread-sticks as well as meat rubs..

Morton Top Flake Coarse Salt is Food Grade meeting FCC specifications. It is Kosher certified and is acceptable in vegan and vegetarian diets.
