Morton Top Flake Extra Coarse Salt is manufactured and packaged by Morton in a bulk 50 pound bag. 

Morton Top Flake Extra Coarse Salt is a food grade sodium chloride with a small amount of Yellow Prussiate of Soda which is an anti-caking agent. The extra coarse flake is much harder and doesn't break down as easy during storage and handling.

Sodium chloride is a key ingredient in baking and in this extra coarse flake strongly adheres to dry mixtures, seasonings, rubs and marinades.
