DINITROL 9100 HD OEM Approved, Black PVC & Solvent-Free, Humidity-curing, Single Component Polyurethane Windscreen Adhesive
DINITROL 9100 HD is a one component cold-applied polyurethane adhesive designed for direct windshield replacement, polyurethane direct-glaze automotive glass parts, and/or other bondings when used together with the appropriate pre-treatments (primers & activators) in vehicle manufacturing.
This low conductive adhesive prevents contact corrosion in aluminum-bodied vehicles, resistant to weathering, and possesses high tack and powerful initial strength.
DINITROL 9100 HD is free of both PVC and solvents with this high modulus product increasing body torsional stiffness by an additional 30-50%.
This fast curing adhesive boasts a superior compact body, no sagging, with a safe drive away time of ½ hour.
This product is only suitable for experienced users.
Pre-Treatment:
It is advisable to first clean the bottle to be bonded with a cleaner such as DINITROL 582. The use of DINITROL pre-treatment agents also supports the adhesive effect.
Processing:
DINITROL 9100 HD is applied by extrusion from cartridges or tubular bags.
For processing DINITROL 9100, we recommend a suitable processing gun (e.g. DINITROL Milwaukee gun) so that the higher-viscosity adhesive can be applied with sufficient pressure.
Preliminary tests are recommended.
