DESCRIPTION
A high performance solvent based wax based coating for inner body panels and/or the underside of automotive vehicles, bus bodies, motor homes, etc. #825 provides a waxy flexible and abrasion resistant coating for superior protection against corrosion caused by moisture, salt, alkalis and galvanic reaction.
MATERIALS
#825 is an abrasive free material, formulated with specially refined organo-metallic complex petroleum products fortified with special additives. Low aromatic content rule mineral spirits are used as the carrier solvent and an odorant is added to achieve the best possible odor during application and drying.
APPLICATION
This atomizes at moderate spray pressures for greater control with less overspray, spray back and fogging. Optimum sprayablilty and efficiency will be achieved at 77 F but product will spray over a wide range of temperatures (60 – 90 F). Super filtration and viscosity control allow smaller tip sizes and better coverage without plugging. Apply with conventional airless spray equipment and fan spray or conical core tip spray tools.
