NOX-RUST 1150 Transparent, Non-Slick, 140°F Minimum Hot Application Grease Corrosion Preventive Compound and Preservative for
NOX-RUST 1150 is a grease-type, 140-150°F minimum hot application corrosion preventive compound that provides remarkable protection and preservation for both ferrous (iron-containing) and non-ferrous (no-iron) metal parts and machinery from atmospheric corrosion in various.
This high-quality, rust preventive when in its molten state (140-150°F) delivers enhanced adhesion, improved penetration for reaching hard-to-reach crevices on metal surfaces, and provides a robust film that serves as an effective barrier against water and dirt.
With less than 1.00 (lbs/gal) of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), this premium hot application corrosion inhibitor compound presents a thin, transparent, firm, and grease-like film that will strongly cling to metal surfaces and safeguard metal components.
A thixotropic rust preventive that sets up quickly, softening and flowing smoothly with added shear stress (stirring), providing self-healing properties to the coating.
NOX-RUST 1150 will effectively combat corrosion providing durable and long-lasting protection that keeps your equipment in optimal condition, even in the most harsh and challenging environments.
Product Uses:
- Blue and Transparent, 140-150°F Hot Application, Corrosion Preventive Compound protects ferrous/non-ferrous (iron-containing/no-iron) metals from corrosion in the presence of harsh environments and atmospheric corrosive conditions.
- Formulated with less than 1.00 (lbs/gal) Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) for minimal environmental impact.
- Provides protection and preserves unpainted machinery, equipment, and spare metal parts by delivering long-term indoor storage protection, and 3-5 years of covered outdoor storage.
- Protects during storage, whether indoors or outdoors, and during domestic or international shipping.
